We use data intelligently and proactively, coupled with regular stakeholder engagement to maximise outcomes for service-users and commissioning clients. Firstcare monitors key performance indicators closely so that warning signs for potential  future issues are flagged up – and addressed early. We look at performance management as enablement in shared objectives rather than through an adversarial approach. We are also able to offer a specialist resource in performance management data systems set-up. This includes initial scoping, systems specification, supplier liaison, quality assurance and testing and project implementation.
